Modular construction and waterborne transport

In addition to the stick-build construction in the 5 new tank pits and a train loading station, a large portion of the steel structures was pre-assembled into 6 modules at a quayside location, including piping. Using floating sheerlegs, the modules were then transported by water to their final location.
