Huntsman Holland, One Solution, replacement of MDI-1 Crystallizers

ActivitiesPrefabrication, coating and installation of the structural steel for the new Crystallizer structure and piperacks including Expansions and changes to and within existing plants, including grating, handrail, stairs and cageladders.

The crystallizer structure has a height of 50 meters. This is built up in 4 modules that are preassembled as modules on ground level and lifted in position. Between the module lifting the buffer vessel and the crystallizer vessel is installed.
The piperacks are pre assembled as modules and are lifted in their final position after installation of the piping and E&I.
